whats up guys, just signed up.  i got a quick question to get things started.

im 5'7, and have never lifted weights or done any exercises to increase my vert, and i can touch rim.
during bball season i had a 36" running vert.  if i start working out trying to increase my vert a few times a week, will i be dunking soon?

Probably.. 36 in. vert = ~8 inches over rim for me, so I'm guessing you can with some weights, just have to put in the work.
Weird.. Arowe has an ~36 in. and he can dunk at 5'7, but then reach messes all my calcing lol.

who knows, you have to get around 8" over rim to dunk.. so...

you might experience gains very quick, slow, whatever.. no way to know unless you get at it.. bottom line, get strong, stay in shape, eat clean, and jump.

peace

Nice, I'm 5'8" with a 7 foot reach too with a 36" vert as well haha.  So we both just touch rim, but I have worked out more than you so you might have more upside
