think of them "as what"?

for 2€ ill get 10eggs and 5bananas = more protein, more fat, more carbs, more vitamins, more minerals, more food...

edit: forgot to mention: more calories.

u could also get a gallon of milk for 2€ = much more calories Wink

Did you even read it?

@ These are actually really good for you imo despite being mostly processed foods. The protein comes from whey/soy so theyre complete protein. The glycemic index on these is very low aswell. These're prob the best/healthiest food bars ive ever seen plus they taste awesome (chew)

I wouldnt have more then 3..

lol?
polyols are carbs.. Which are just as bad/good for you as carbs from whole wheat pasta, etc. And a low GI doesnt matter? sorry man but backup your statements, else I cant understand where youre coming from.

Man, i'm not going into length to explain it. F-that!
Polyols aren't good for you, they spike your insulin. Scientists aren't sure how they're metabolised yet and they could have risks associated with them because long term studies haven't been done. GI only really matters with regards to food that has some REAL carb content. As in carbs that your body can use as fuel. These bars are shiiiiiiiiiiiiit! Straight up.
