I don't even know what to call those lifts you did on the bench, but they aren't DB Bench Presses. For some reason you have your elbows tucked and the dumbbells over your chest. The whole point of using dumbbells is for more range of motion. Squats looked ok though, but that's not 550-600 pounds. And do you really wear that shirt to the gym? Seriously? And those phaggy time high socks don't make you an athlete, they make you a faggot. (adarqs are cool, yours are gay).
