that's pretty much the exact same thing kelly wrote up for me , only difference is he added a few other exercises to the workouts

i finished wk 1 noticed on some days i was feeling pretty good

i'll pay better attention and see how the 95% day in the 2nd week of this

wk 2   , 3 main squatting days the 5x1 at 85, 90, and 95% max completed, feeling the fatigue a good amount today, but the weight was still a little easier than last week

jumping pretty low today

my bud lu who is doing it with me, actually felt more energetic today, last week the first week of it i was feeling more energetic, this week i'm feeling fatigued he's feeling more energetic
