I need 35" to put my wrist on the rim (7´88'' with 7" hands)... that must be at least 37" for you

Yea Guga, 37.5" is my hand (7") over the rim. The problem is that camera angle is a little weird so it is hard to tell if I really got my hand over it or not.

if you nailed the dunk, its easily wrist on rim. my guess is 1-1.5 inches below hand so 38.5-39 for that jump.

If ARowe would work to get more speed and "nerve" into his jump he'd jump so much higher. Right now it's like a 100% strength generated jump... very little bounce... he doesn't take advantage of that runup accumulation.

In a few weeks I plan on going in to a heavy reactive/explosive phase so hopefully that will help.

"Now Cornell University neurobiologists, studying the adrenal glands of rats, have discovered how chronic stress cranks up the intensity of this adrenaline response. The key to this so-called molecular memory resides in a donut-shaped protein on the surface of cells that secrete adrenaline, the hormone also known as epinephrine."

PED's in drug free sports is cheating, unethical, and weak. Athletes and/or coaches who condone/display this behavior can get lost.

Ok, then I substitute the word "reactive" with "speed". He doesn't take advantage of that runup speed almost at all. Looks like a one-step jump.
