Edit: if you want to beat a dead horse and discuss my form/choice of exercises, do it in my journal. Stay on topic. Also only the first 1/3 of this video contains jumps.

0:31 looks sweet.
It's hard to guess but i'd say around 33". It definitely looks at least 30" and maybe it's up to 35" it's hard to tell but looks impressive!

Random post from T-nation-
"Best advice I can give, though it will sound like a broken record, is to squat, squat, squat and heavy if you want to improve your sprint times.
One of my favorite anecdotes related to this is from "Romo" (Bill Romanowski's autobiography). He talks about when he first started working with Remy Korchemny on speed work and Remy asked him if he was squatting.
Romo (to my surprise) said he wasn't and was only doing leg presses for lower body work.So Remy tells Romo to start squatting and after awhile, excited with his progress, Romo comes back to Remy and tells him he can squat 400. Remy answers, "Good. Now you can squat as much as my women sprinters."
Granted most of Korchemny's athletes were juiced to the gills - he was one of the guys taken down with the BALCO bust - but I think there's something to be learned there, nonetheless."

Thanks guys, but I created this thread, because after I measured everything it was only 31.'' I had thought it would be 34, but nope. It's very surprising to me because that pipe I was reaching for measured in at 10'1.5'' (reach is 7'6.5''). THat's weird also because it looks WAY higher than any rim I've tried to grab.

Also when I measured my reach, I reached up as high as I possibly could, straining muscles in my side/back. I think many people underestimate their reaches to inflate their jumps. Anyway, that's all. I'm gonna keep it consistent and just worry about seeing progress on a monthly/biweekly basis and get my squat up. It was good thugh for me to see the numbers because they tell the truth. I can still hardly believe it though, because 5 months ago, I was looking at that pipe thinking "woah it would be crazy to touch that standing," well not really! Lol

Yeah I know the feeling. Sometimes stuff looks so high and when you jump you touch it easily.

And sometimes it looks so low and you can barely dunk on that.
