Full Squat455 at 180BW = 2.5BW Explosive 90° Half Squat405 = 2.25BW Supra Max 90° Half Squat495 = 2.75BW doesn't get any more simple than this. squat and overanalyze later.

39. no 40 on vids yet. got repeated 40s at one point but was not expecting at that time to be jumping good so i did not even bother taking vid. il vid it eventually.

BUMP!!! now with dunk vid. very basic but not bad at all. since i realized that an SVJ 2-hand tomahawk is not going to happen until i add at least 4-6 on my SVJ, a shorter goal is get 40-42" SVJ repeatedly. with that jump, i should be able to push the ball down and have it hit the ground first before i do. il work on that now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qyieM7Gn9u8
