You're strong man. good work. I did not realize you were a thrower, once I did.. I am wondering, is all that lifting typical for that throw? Doesn't seem like the strength really has transferred into the vert yet. Are you planning on doing more jumps and less lifting soon?

Lifting is typical for throwers and yeah my strength has not transferred into explosion yet. Im working alot on that this winter by increasing the amount of jumps and olympic lifts.
