those are the rates for 315 crossfit that opened near me in syracuse....I shit a brick when i went from paying 15 dollars a month to 25 a month for a gym membership, idk wtf is so special about this place for it to be 4x the price.  Besides I think everyone at one point has seen a girl in a crossfit video who nearly snaps her spine doing axle cleans.
