did some max effort jumps of 1 leg 15-20 dunks gotta a couple decent two handers
did some max effort jumps off 2 legs was not feeling it lol got about 5 ok 1 handers
I was getting up throwing down hard like ball hitting the ground soon after or before i did.Probably one of my best jumping sessions off 1 leg. I was hitting a 2-4 inches below the wrist on some of them.
Cool story i gotta tell you guys

There were way too many kids in the gym (we have a three basketball court gym) all little kids mostly freshmen. Anyways i'm doing my thang dunking and stuff and these three kids are like "can we shot at your hoop?"
I say " I guess"
So there shooting I go for my first dunk with them there get it. Its clean its a good dunk. All one kid has to say is
" You took three steps, you traveled"
This kid is like 5 foot nothing and 100 pounds and all he has is criticism I think to myself WTF. I don't respond. So next attempt I make sure i take two steps making sure i don't travel. I attack the rim and fucking power it home. I say
"hows that"
And ignore them after that

lol the only way i summon motivation is to think of how girls with be alll over my "hot abz"

renegade rows 20lbs 3x10
lying down leg raises and lowers lol (dunno the exercises name) when i keep my lower back on the floor and do these my abs feel like there going to explode. Thats good though
