Squat lockout holds(experimenting out if it will help my squat sets feel easier) 150kg x 7s, 160kg x7s (bad news is i did not unrack properly, chest up elbows down and place it on my spine instead of traps, now its bruised and hurt for 2 days, cant sit on 1 side of body, spine will hurt

Bench Press 45kg 1x5 50kg 1x3,1x2(felt so weak after doing squat, i can hit 6 reps last time) 45kg 1x6
45 degree back extension iso hold 15kg plate 1x1min
Calf Raise 2x20 (holding 20kg plate) 1x20 90kg
Pull Ups 5kg weighted 2x10,1x8
