Been busy with tennis camp

Jumped a little bit today, was still able to get ~1" over 10' rim, didn't feel explosive at all.

Hip mobility with barbell

REA squat: 45x3 45x3 45x3 125x3 135x3 135x3 135x3 - pr

squat: 135x5 185x3 225x1 250x5 255x6- pr

lunge: went a lot slower, was able to do more weight 173x5e 183x6e - pr

core circuit x2

Checked my weight and I've gone back down a few pounds but my strength is still increasing so that's good. Was weighing in at about 158 with clothes on, was 152 when I weighed myself during wo today.

More rest days than I wanted but I've been really busy with camp.

7-3-10

Jumping was really good. Was getting whole hand over 9'8 rim, from one step I could grab easily and get both hands .5" over. Was getting 2-3" over with both hands easily on rvj.

7-7-10

Jumping was good, getting 2+" over rim with both hands. Consistency pr.

Depth jumps 3x5 with stiff legged ankle hops x5 in between sets.

-depth jumps were really good, was getting 9'9-9'10. They were 1-2" higher than my svj. Svj has not gone up at all so far, pretty much always get 1" above rim = 9'9, maybe if I practice it more it will go up.

squat: 135x5 185x3 235x1 MSEM: 285x1 300x1 300x1 - pr 2xbw

^^^ Even me, setting PR's in how much I suck. I wouldn't worry too much about SVJ (although it doesn't sound like you are). The point is to dunk and only really tall people, great lifters and total freaks of nature can dunk from a standstill.
