Do you think it was from the daily squatting?  Or, just an accumulation of everything?

Well, I've had this problem 3 years ago but i thought i managed to get rid of it. Imbalances and overuse (too much frontal plane stuff (squatting)) and not enough lateral plane training, single leg and core strength training made it really bad again. Also that i just trained through the first symptoms instead of trying rest and rehab.

what lateral plane training dude?

just abit concerned too, cos all i do is squat and OHP/pullup these days.

wrist icky, so benching too much is abit of a pain, and i seldom deadlift lol.

single leg training, anti lateral flexion, one arm presses and deadlifts, side planks...

squatting felt good today. did some squatting specific mobility training before my workout and my form improved immediately. i'm going to attack those mobility issues now a lot and i think my squatting will go up a lot faster.

Hey buddy - thought I'd bump your log. I've been going through your youtube channel and reading bits of your log to see what I could glean on Smolov Jnr on the backsquat. Looks like you did really well with it - and i'd love to achieve similar results. I wish you all the best with your training.
