Do you think it was from the daily squatting? Or, just an accumulation of everything?
Well, I've had this problem 3 years ago but i thought i managed to get rid of it. Imbalances and overuse (too much frontal plane stuff (squatting)) and not enough
lateral plane training, single leg and core strength training made it really bad again. Also that i just trained through the first symptoms instead of trying rest and rehab.
what lateral plane training dude?
just abit concerned too, cos all i do is squat and OHP/pullup these days.
wrist icky, so benching too much is abit of a pain, and i seldom deadlift lol.
single leg training, anti lateral flexion, one arm presses and deadlifts, side planks...
