Haven't been posting log for a bit.  Back at it now.  Continuing 5/3/1 for BP and OHP, but going with smolov jr for squats (highbar, atg, no belt).  My plan is to continue smolov jr for as long as I can continue to make progress with it.

Smolov Jr  Wk2, D3
127.5kg 8x4

Hip flexors are starting to bother me, need to do some mobility work and foam rolling 2x/d.

Yeah I did the full smolov a little while ago (late 2010 or early 2011).  Haven't done smolov jr. before.

Good to see some activity again.

Is your bench still at the 150kg?

I havent followed in some time. How did your clean and snatch end out?

I'm guessing my max bench would be around the same at the moment, I took some time off bench, it got weaker and has started to climb back up again.

My olympic lifts are still a work in progress.  Haven't been doing much of them lately.  Once I'm done with smolov jr I will be getting back to them....but damn I'm gonna have a long way to go to catch up to tychver.

How you get money from benching? And Im sure your olympic lifting and squatting has more carryover to your fucking bitches.

Overhead Press
60 x 3
65 x 3
70 x 3
72.5 x 4      weak

My low back didn't feel quite right today.  Was a bit concerned about tweaking it, but it held up alright...and felt much better after than before.  No belt required.  Been awhile since I've overhead pressed...wow, really weak.
