Why no updates?

nope i haven't stopped working out! just been doing an awful job of updating my journal...but i've been working out pretty regularly

here's todays workout
squat:
barx8
135x8
185x5

bar bell calf raises 225x22

back hypers
body weight x 12 with a 35 or so second hold on the final rep

i've been trying to get more jumping in lately as i think thats probably whats needed a lot...just more jumping...i've been going to the park and throwing down some weak dunks on the hoop there so it seems to be working alright

i played ball tonight and i played decent...not my best showing but far from my worst

been playing ball and working out...i just haven't been keeping great track of it since i've been trying to take it easier on my lower back...i've been front squating and thats been lots of fun!
