Hi everyone!!!!  I found this site through youtube.  I am so excited to start a training journal. 

My goal is to dunk 10' rims and lose 5 lbs.

I'm 5'1 3/4" and 140 lbs.  My diet consists of raw and vegetarian/vegan foods.  I've been following Brendan Braziers's Thrive Diet book, mainly for smoothie and protein bar recipes.

Today's work out:
vacuuming
dancing
jump rope

I'm going to take pics later on today to document my weight loss.

Welcome to the forum. Looking forward to seeing some dunk/jump footage in the near future. You vacuum with a weight vest? if so, how much weight?

Interesting that you are into dancing.. kellyB mentions that people who dance have better verticals.

Adarqui thanks for the warm welcome!  No weight vest while vacuuming yet.  Just ankle weights which are 1 lb each.

I'm back!  I apologize for the temporary hiatus in my journal.  I had a very busy summer.  Now it's time to get back to work.

Today's work out:
I whisked milk, oil, and vinegar for 2 minutes straight.  Go ahead and laugh, I'd like to see you try and do it.

I vacuumed for 20 minutes.  And then I shook my ass to Bubba Sparxxx - Miss New Booty.

Hope to do better tomorrow.
