Jan 06, 2011 fatigue: moderate to high no plyo stuff was going for strenght but was feeling tired REA Squat 40kg x3 40kg x3 50kg x3 50kg x3 After doing this it was definitly a bad idea, I didnt do any plyo cuz I was feeling powerless. REA squat sucked, it was mostly catching the weight, but there was no power on the way up Jan 09, 2011 fatigue: moderate to high went to the court but it started to rain, to tired to squat Jan 10, 2011 Went to the court again, jump sucked badly, no power (not like a ever had), form like shit, max around 23" after 2 steps.

Jan 12, 2011 Went to a court that has low rims for some dunks. Legs were tired from last visit to the park Jan 12, 2011 Went again to the same court for some dunks, legs felt better than last day. Jan 16, 2011 Fatigue: none injury: none no plyo stuff Squat - no rest between reps 90kg x3 90kg x3 90kg x4, not that hard, maybe 3 left in the tank

Jan 19, 2011 Fatigue: none injury: none Squat - no rest between reps 90kg x3 90kg x3 90kg x4 Good morning 40kg 3x5 Jan 22, 2011 Got up early in the morning and went to the court with the low rims for some dunks, but some1 stole the rims lol. Went to other court for some jumps. Movement still feeling weird. Did several jumps until vert went down Jan 23, 2011 Fatigue: moderate injury: none Squats - parallel 90kg x 3 90kg x 3 90kg x 3 First set was nice, smooth and very fast, but legs were burning. I should had rested one more day.

feb 5, 2012 fatigue: none injury: none went to play some bball, I should had taken some ice skyting shoes, the court had no grip at all Ended up very sore after a 2 hours game feb 9, 2012 fatigue: left quad still sore injury: none Went to field so I had to use dumbbells 1 leg Half Squat on a bench, 13kg dumbbell on each hand 2x10 each leg walking lunges, 13kg dumbbell on each hand 2x10 steps half squats, 13kg dumbbell on each hand 1x25 reps weighted abs work
