I also squat very deep which may have something to do with it? Although i find squatting deep easier than squatting paralell.

adarq is back :O 

So trainings been slow..

i injured my lower back so didnt squat deadlift for a while, upper body stuff has increased though...not much change...can still dunk, still playing basketball but not as much (hit 21points saturday best game of the season so far)

my main priority now is getting into med school i have an interview on the 7th of feb so this + college work > training + life at the moment but still going

been lazy...

so had some progress(or regress) checks...

Wasit 34.5in - FAT
Weight 13st 2lb - FAT
Thigh 21in - Skinny

time to get back on it.

By January the 31st, 2012

Waist - 33in
Weight - 13st 4lb
Thigh - 22in

By Febuary the 29th, 2012

Waist - 32in
Weight - 13st 6lb
Thigh - 24in

short term goals.

Febuarys are loftier because I have exams through january so less time...

are these reasonalbe?

Can i achieve them by doing something like a 4 day split

Mon - Chest/shoulder/tri
Wed - Legs
Thur - Back/bi
Sat - Legs

+ running in the mornings 3-4x a week?
