Thigh 21in - Skinny
time to get back on it.

Waist - 32in
Weight - 13st 6lb
Thigh - 24in
short term goals.
Febuarys are loftier because I have exams through january so less time...
are these reasonalbe?
Can i achieve them by doing something like a 4 day split
Mon - Chest/shoulder/tri
Wed - Legs
Thur - Back/bi
Sat - Legs
+ running in the mornings 3-4x a week?
