thx is it me or have DLs been easier since I've been deep squatting? deep squatting works the inner thigh muscles and glute area which is also probably used for when I lift the trap bar in the initial DL motion, so the squat helps the DL..

edit: pretty sure i got denied, asked her out at her work and she said she was going to dinner w/ boss ( female boss ) and I asked her when she's free.. she said she would "let me know" pretty sure that translates to denied. she seemed pretty nice, eye contact was there, she could just be a nice person in general.. never at any point did she seem rude/offended, but oh well. I'm glad though, now I can move on and remove her from my memory and use this as motivation

Squat: barx8, barx5, 135x7, 165x5, 175x8, 175x8, 175x8, 95x8  ( deep squat PR ) Push Press: 95x5, 105x3, 125x7, 125x7, 125x6, 95x3, barx7  Dbell Row: 80x10, 80x10  Tricep Rev: 50x8, 50x10  Reverse barbell curl: 70x10, 70x8  Rack Pulls 195x20  I did 1 hour of salsa afterwards, didnt gas or have stanky legs.. there were tons of women in class, unlike usual.. I bossed that shit and guided tons of em on their first day.. .

I did a workout on saturday/sunday that I haven't loged yet. today's workout DL: 145x6, 195x5, 245x3, 255x8, 255x9, 255x12  Bench: x8, x8, 115x5, 165x6, 165x6  Pushups: 42.5 ( FUCKING DIED TRYING TO BREAK PR )  Rack Chins: 22, 22, 22  Lat Raises: 30x14  <-- ONLY DID 1 SET BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE TIME..
