is it me or have DLs been easier since I've been deep squatting? deep squatting works the inner thigh muscles and glute area which is also probably used for when I lift the trap bar in the initial DL motion, so the squat helps the DL..

edit: pretty sure i got denied, asked her out at her work and she said she was going to dinner w/ boss ( female boss ) and I asked her when she's free.. she said she would "let me know" pretty sure that translates to denied.

she seemed pretty nice, eye contact was there, she could just be a nice person in general.. never at any point did she seem rude/offended, but oh well.

I'm glad though, now I can move on and remove her from my memory and use this as motivation
