225x11-wide, paused each, on 11 i strained left pec near armpit I think, not bad but enough for me to stop pushing the bar up for fear of actually bad injury....had more in me.

forgot weights I used, only one heavy set.

about it weighed 254 on scale thats usally around 5lbs heavy lol
