* BENCHING PLAN TIL NOVEMBER 24th *November 24th is judgement day for me. During the summer I set a goal to be able to do the following things by thanks giving day
- bench 185+
- dunk with two hands with ease
- dunk off 1 leg with ease
- do cool "trick" dunks
- be jacked
Currently I can dunk with two hands whenever I want, dunk off 1 leg easily, and can catch 2 hand dunks off the backboard. And I am as big as I ever have been in my life.
So all I need to do is bench 185+ that morning to reach my goal.
On 10/20/11 I hit my goal of 185lbs. New goal is 190-195lbs by thanks giving morning! Im also going to try some harder dunks like windmills, etc.

- bench press: 115x5, 135x5, 145x2, 155x2,
- bench press: 170x1, 175x1, 175x1, 175x1 (2-3 minutes rest between reps)
- db bench: 60 x F
11/20/11
- dynamic bench: 8x3 @ 115 lbs
11/24/11 JUDGEMENT DAY- bench press: work up to a new max
- dunks: go for windmill off the lob, 360 off the dribble, reverse dunks
