also: i cant workout because my coach is an idiot, or my arm hurts, or i had to run the 400 on jv cuz im too fast for the 100.  I dunked after doing vf but i went for a jog and lost my hops so i dunno why u r mad bmully but that is y i cannot train but i will log my food like u do if that helps ok.

 workout today

3 x 40 avishek drops from 65 inches, landed well just like in the video

40 yd runs - swung arms around well, externally rotated feet

squats- unracked 550 x 10 times


legs= fried

these are the drops i do i listen to this guy advice and hes making a lot of sense so i land well just like the video at 8:40 i keep increase height= building my bones= 50 inch vert like jacob tuckers

workout from today


atg unracking - 650 x 10 unracks

2 reps gjs squat w 545

30 avishek drops from 60 inches, felt lots of pain in my knees, ankles, feet, hands, and testicles, I am sure this is simply an adaptation from the bone building taking place and will continue on.


also did some handstand pushups, got a set of 4 so i should be good for 350lb or so strict press when i wanna do it.
