30 avishek drops from 60 inches, felt lots of pain in my knees, ankles, feet, hands, and testicles, I am sure this is simply an adaptation from the bone building taking place and will continue on.
also did some handstand pushups, got a set of 4 so i should be good for 350lb or so strict press when i wanna do it.
