Did train for the past days but didn't journal. Did adarq's workout but never finished 4 sets.
Just had my first gym session and first time doing barbell squats.
Workouts today went light and just did some random stuff because I just wanted to see how this gym is.
Barbell Squats 20kg 2X10
Bench press 20kg 2X5 why is the barbell bench press so much harder than the dumbbell one?
BSS 20kg 10 on each leg almost fell when doing on my left leg. Always feel unbalanced doing BSS. Not sure why.
Also just found out the gym at my school opens after school. Hell yes will be training after school everyday. Our gym has so many equipments and will be so fun. LoL look forward to that.
