Did train for the past days but didn't journal. Did adarq's workout but never finished 4 sets.

Just had my first gym session and first time doing barbell squats.

Workouts today went light and just did some random stuff because I just wanted to see how this gym is.

Barbell Squats 20kg 2X10

Bench press 20kg 2X5 why is the barbell bench press so much harder than the dumbbell one?

BSS 20kg 10 on each leg almost fell when doing on my left leg. Always feel unbalanced doing BSS. Not sure why.

Also just found out the gym at my school opens after school. Hell yes will be training after school everyday. Our gym has so many equipments and will be so fun. LoL look forward to that.

dont use machines. they dont do shit. and 20kg on each side right, and how deep you go on the squats

well I just used a smith machine for the squats. For machines are just Leg Curl Machines, Leg Press and stuff.

Training did yesterday

just did some simple stuff because it was very late. so couldn't do adarq's workout

lateral line hops 3x20
low barrier on/off 3x15

vertical crunches 3x15
plank 1 min
side plank 1 min each side

some random dumbbell exercises

Was gonna train today but legs are super sore and tight from yesterday's bball scrimmage after school. Also we had swimming and rugby today.
Maybe tomorrow after school and do adarqs workout.  strong

But I'm not sure if I'm doing arm row correctly. There are too many different versions of it everywhere. For the seated one which is what adarq recommended, is it this one? http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/exercises.asp?exercise=42
If not adarq or someone tell me which one it is and how to do it? Thanks

Did an hour of bball training. Legs are just feel 'tight' for some reason. Really uncomfortable and couldn't even train.

Be doing adarqs workout tomorrow with 40lbs db each hand. Goal for tomorrow, fuck yea! headbang

haven't been jounaling for a loong time...
been training by myself for the previous week. had my first gym session. but we had to do the workouts assigned by the teacher. so this is what i did today.

7 sets of: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats in 10 minutes. no break in between sets. as hard as i could in 10 minutes. no break in between

and then i had to walk around the school, downstairs and upstairs for two laps with 12lbs kettlebells on each hand. totally killing me.

will do adarq's workout next time.

I've also just been talking but not putting in no work. well i have been training, but not that consistently and never did adarq's workout. I didn't truly wanna become the best before. Not anymore. Gotta start putting some real shit now. Be going to gym to do adarq's workout and make some vids of squatting and other stuff. Kinda busy working on my handles these weeks because my handles really suck. Also went to the gym twice a week but never did adarq's workout because our coach assigned stuff for us to do as we just joined. Basically just did kettlebell training, swings and stuff and pushups and pullups and bodyweight sqauts.

Workouts for tomorrow:
Dynamic Warm-Up

Lateral Line Jumps 4x20
Low Barrier On/Off 3x15

db bss 4x10 each leg
db calf raises - 4x20
db bench press - 4x10
db one arm row - 4x10

probably gonna use 20kg each arm
