Sorry guys.  I've fallen off the website for a while.  

I've been playing a lot of basketball here at Saint Louis University.  I'm getting some recognition for my jumping abilities.  I've had numerous in game dunks and I've been putting on a show in between games.  

Some dunks I've landed recently for the first time:

-reverse double pump
-side of the head 2 hander

Also, I almost dunked on a 6'5" guy in a game.  He didn't jump his highest and I barely missed it off the back of the rim.

I'll start posting workouts again.

-full court broad jump into max jumps (x3)
-1 leg rim jumps (left leg and right leg x 1 set)

Hey everybody, I sprained my ankle playing basketball yesterday.  I was wearing my buddy's Nike Free running shoes, which have horrible ankle support, and the soles of the shoes are made in a way that hinder's my balance tremendously. 

Before the sprain, we had played two games, and one kid starts doing some one hand dunks off one foot.  He had some good power and air, but I knew I could out dunk him.  So I went up for a huge 2 hand tomahawk.  He did another one hander, but with way more air.  So I attempted a windmill, and missed, and hurt my wrist on the rim. 

In the next game I sprained my ankle really badly.

Workout:

Basketball for 1.5 hours

Diet:

 bad.  Fries, fried fish, pizza, soda, cookies,

tons of abs and obliques.  I'm seeing a vain come in on my left obliques Smiley

Diet:

So far, great.  Low carb, high protein (beef, protein shake).  Had a big salad with romaine, spinach, carrots, and some balsamic.

Workout:

1 leg pistol squats: 3x10 reps on each leg (25 or 30 pounders)
split lunges with back leg on bench: 3x10 reps each leg
step ups: 2x10 reps each leg
1 leg calf raises: 2x10 each leg
dumbbell chest press: 1x10
Bicep curl to arnold press: 3 x 10

I supersetted the above exercises.

I went to the gym and tried some dunk approaches with a weight ball, and every time I jumped my legs locked up in the air and I just gave up because it was excruciating.

Diet: 

See-food, ate everything I saw

Physique:

Vascular, abs aren't at their peak, but remain visible

Basketball for one hour.  I was dead near the end.  I use basketball sometimes as my sprints and plyometrics, so I always give 100%.

Diet:

tons of food!

Physique:

Abs are visible, veins are visible in arms and quads and calves!! woo  got a vein showing in the lower abdomen
