AGE:13

HEIGHT:5"6 with shoes

WEIGHT:118-121 lbs

SLEEP SCHEDULE: I go to bed around 22:45 and wake at 7:00

BODY TYPE:Im a little skinny on my upper body, lowerbody is normal

GOALS:Gain alot of speed, vertical leap, upperbody muscle, gain some weight ,Long Term: I want to dunk on 10ft rim in 2012 spring, 40 inch vertical , I want to run 60meters in 8 seconds or less, Make it to the NBA and being an allstar there. Short Term: 30 inch vertical, touch 10ft basketball backboard, make 20 3pointers in a row, make 50 free throws in a row, score 40 points in a game, Be alot faster and quicker.

CURRENT ABILITY:Well my vertical leap is smth like 25-27inch depends on a day, I am like 4-5 inches away from touching the 10ft backboard, I have made 9-11 threes in a row ( cant remember the excact number), Ive gotten 50 free throws in a row but I have changed my shot, Most points I have got 27 and thats it.

INJURY HISTORY:Well in past I have had only little injures . Few months ago I broke my finger but thats healed, my knees have hurt me lately and that´s probably it.

TRAINING HISTORY & ACHIEVEMENTS: I gained like I think 3 inches with Vertical Jump Bible and 1-2 inch in standing vertical, my squat, deadlift increased  33 pounds I am alot faster, quicker now.  

CURRENT ACTIVITY LEVEL AND/OR TRAINING PROGRAM:I have done Vertical Jump Bible  for about 10 weeks and now I have rested from it 2 weeks and I am gonna hope to get some training here.

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CURRENT DIET:I dont eat junk food , I dont drink sodas, I eat in the 07:15 AM, 11:30 AM, 14:30 PM, 21:30 PM. I eat alot , I mean alot in 14:30 PM. I try to get asmuch protein as  its possible .

28. March 2011:

60 jumpers off the pick - pretty bad percentage.... not happy with it.
40 jumpers from jab step fake - also pretty bad percentage.
75 3 pointers - also bad I had a very bad shooting day tonight.
30 minutes ball handling.
60 free throws - normal percentage.
20 minutes of 1on1 - we didnt play to end bcoz gym was closed and we were tied.


Athletisism:
ABS
Back and forward 2 footed line hops - 2x 25 seconds
Side to side 2 footed line hops - 2x 25 seconds
Back and forward 1 footed line hops - 1x 25 seconds per leg
Side to side 1 footed line hops - 1x 25 seconds per leg
RDL - 3x 8 121,25 lbs
Explosive box squat - 5x5 121,25 lbs
Jump rope - around 500 or smth.

29. March 2011

4x10 minutes full court basketball game - We played with the score table and at the first half at one point we were down by like 30 . But we won by 6. I scored like 25 or smth alot of assist 10 I think and couple of steals.
94 three pointers - good
60 pullup jumpers - good
100 free throws - bad
40 jab step fake jumpers - normal
2x fullcourt 1on1 to 10 points with 1, 2 points  ( I mean a jumpshot etc was 1 point and a three 2 points) - I won both.
45 minutes ball handling
ABS
10 minutes 1on1 - I won

I couldnt post because I had a tournament and we stayed there where the tournament where and I didnt have Internet there.

Friday 1. April 2011:
84 3 pointers,
50 free throws
30 minutes 1on1.


The workout was so short because I had two games before and I got only 4 hours of uncomfortable sleep.

106 three pointers - really good!  !!
60 pullup jumpers - bad
20 floaters ( 10 with right hand , 10 with left hand) - bad
20 eurostep layups ( 10 with right hand , 10 with left hand) - bad
15 minutes 1on1 -  normal.

72 3 pointers- I got only so few because I moved 1-2 feet back to build up my range , when I get 105 from this distance then I am again gonna move 1-2 feet back
30 free throws
60 off the pick jumpshots - weak , I fucked up my shot with that long distance shooting my form is awful, and I have a game tomorrow Cry
1 hour of full court 2on2 - we won
ABS.

I hope you don't mind me stealing you shooting workout. I use to just count my makes in a row, but going to a set number on mid range, 3 pointer ect. . . Seems like a better Idea or do you go by time?

its better to set a number of makes because then you will challenge yourself.and but the number of makes that high that you cant reach them any given day and so when you reach them then you gonna raise it again etc and with 3pointer you reach that amount of makes then move 1 foot back
