2x15 ankle jumps
2x15 knees to chest tuck jumps
3x5 hang clean - 37kg really explosive! these were easy!

Squats- first set I did with 80kgx8 and then did 90kg x5x5.
3x8 one legged standing leg curl(15kg) - DAM , my hamstrings are really weak!
Sorry for not logging for over 2 weeks, I had alot of games, I couldnt practice for a while bcoz my knee´s hurt me so much that I couldnt even run etc.
