alrighty plan at this stage is simply to gain some muscle size/weight... then after i got that work on some power so anyways:
Day 1:Chest - definitely my weakest... anyways:
All are normal up and slow as down
Benchpress: 4 x 10 x 40kg
DB fly: 3 x 10 x 10kg (each)
DB benchpress: 3 x 10 x 12.5kg (each)
standing bicep curl: 3 x 10 x 18.5kg
pretty weak though it fucked me royally tomorrow: am=abs pm=shoulder/back (no deadlift)
