COmments: I think I hit my Plateau....But this is a challenge for me to work Harder!!! Even though I hti 120kgx5, 120kgx5

and 130kgx1+2 I couldn't increase my 130kg squat cause my back is failing me. I need squat shoes and belt to complimetn my

squaat. I think.....

Today, i tried a different squat form.  A more forward knee squat will less Goodmorning back. And I love it. Smiley It is more like a stable back, predominantly bending knees squat. I think it is much better for me. Smiley Sorry for the late post. :/ Hjahahaha

Sorry..... I didn't logged my work-out. it's just that. Hmmm I have no excuses. 9I was lazy and there was no time. You see It's hard to be an engineering student with so many home works and exams but I have this log book of my work-outs and I scanned it. I know, Laziness lvl 99)

Have you tried out at any colleges yet? It's a completely different game, man. You'd be point guard at your height, and these dudes are blisteringly fast. Need to step that game up.

Well telling the truth? I haven't. :/

I'm too busy in my school works. Only this time of the month that I had time to check adarq.org again. But all this time I was lifting weights and occasionally playing ball. BTW, I snatched 60kg  , I failed to do 140kg cause I wore a belt which I'm not used to. But I am jumping higher when i changed my squat to olympic squat. That form when my knees are more forward and back straighter. Smiley)

Yeah, A new way to log. It's easier to track.
Past few days, I feel weak. I don't know why.
I'm liking the high bar squat, the load is more concentrated in my quads.
I need to add deadlift in my work-out.
I need to have a program again. :/
So many needs, so little time. I have an upcoming exam on thursday. But I wish my logging will be more consistent from now on.
