Stats: 6'8" 230 lbs. Long limbs, short torso.7'4" wingspan  Squat 305x5 Bench ?, DL ?.
Vert: has to be checked.

Goals: 2xBW squat, Strong RDL/DL. 40 inch vert, Explosive speed, Improve bball skills immensely. Increase conditioning. And weigh 250lbs.

Nothing special last night. Did 3 sets of diamond pushups. Was really busy. Gonna do more this evening

High Inclined Pushups BWx12,BWx10x2

1/18 workout:
Several sets of high inclined pushups.
Couple sets of inclined diamond pushups as well.

Notes: Need to get consistent again. Building upper body with bw exercises. (Pushups/dips/chins)  Trying to set goals in front/back squat/RDL. Eventually need to get back on the court and work on skills. Let's Work.
