 welcome

Btw , you got your unit conversions wrong.

190cm is 6'3'' ( 6' 2.8'' to be precise ) and 242cm is 7'11'' ( 7' 11.27'' to be precise ).
Better use inches to convert:
Converting meters to feet gives you demical result , but inches have 12 as base.

So , in your case , 242cm is in fact 7.9 feet , but 7.9 feet is not 7feet 11inches. You have to multiply the demical part by 1.2.
So 7.9 feet = 7 feet 0.9*1.2 inches = 7feet 11inches.

But if you used inches directly : 242cm = 95.27 inches ,  7' = 7*12 = 84 inches , so 242cm = 7 feet and ( 95.27 - 84 ) = 11.27''

Nerd rant off  rant

 Cool

vag, thanks for correcting my mishaps. Skipped yesterdays training due to runny nose and I felt really dizzy - also, my leggs weren't recovered as much as I had hoped.

Friday, 26th august:

Basic warmup - Shooting around, jogging, stretches

Plyometrics:

Single leg box jumps - 2x15
Box squat jumps - 3x6
3 steps + jump with one leg - 3x6 per leg. Tried to dunk, but lack of speed and explosion from those 3 steps let me down.
On box jumps - 2x6
4x40 yard sprints
+abs.

Don't go for centimeters , because you were off by 0.35 miles , that would be 560 meters or 56000 centimeters , bit too many to measure!  Wink
Chilax man , no big deal , just found it funny that quoting a message LOLing@wrong conversions you had a wrong conversion!  Grin
Alllright , enough with that shit , sorry for hijacking your journal maitm!

Oy! Took a week off, because of my knee+I had a fever. Got rid of the fever, but some light knee pain still exists, so I still can't run/jump or do any lowerbody workouts.

Friday, 9th September:

Did some exercises for my upperbody.

Chest - Bench press 2x12(40kg), pushups 2x25
Back - Pullups 2x5, Chinups 2x5, Seated rows 2x12
Arms - Triceps(Lying triceps extension with barbell 2x12 22,5kg), Biceps(Barbell curls 2x12 25kg)
+abs exercises.

Tried to do jump rope, but my knee still won't let it.
