Wednesday, 14th September:

Pullups - 2x5
Chinups - 2x7
Lying triceps extension with barbell - 3x10(22,5kg)
Tricep dumbell kickback - 2x10(7kg)
Barbell curls - 3x12(25kg)
Bradford/Rocky Presses - 4x12(25kg)
+abs.

Been doing pretty much the same exercises, which are already shown in my journal, for the past few weeks. My leg is still hurting me and I was dumb enough not to see a doctor.. but on the 4th November I got myself a reception.. I have to wait about a month, damn. But meanwhile, I'll try to improve my freethrows and work on my upper body.
