Had 2nd intramural bball game last night. Got a nice left handed dunk off the lob after the game where i floated from the front of the rim to the left side and had to use my left hand to grab and slam it, felt real good. 36-38 inches off the run i'm guessing

Dunk session on 9.9. Straight murked that rim. Had multiple one and two handers off the dribble as well as some huge dunks off the lob with both R-L and L-R plants. Also had some hard dunks off one foot from the dribble and off the lob. My knees are feeling great, can't wait to see what I do next week since I won't be strength training, I'll see if I can get my buddy to film it with his iphone 4

Another great session on 9.9. Got a nice pump reverse off the lob and almost had a 2 hand cockback off the dribble. Nice powerful one foot jumps too. If I get to sub 170 my 1-foot jump will probably overtake my 2 foot.

Found a new goal I've been dunking on the last two days. Nice break-away rim. I'm going to measure it tomorrow, I'm thinking its a couple inches low, prob 9'10". Anyway, threw down some nasty dunks, got a nice off the backboard 1-hander, even got some 1-handers off the dribble going R-L and L-R plants. Going back tomorrow for one more session then taking a few days off. Starting 5/3/1 next week.

Measured the new rim I've been dunking on the past couple days and it's right at 9'10. Just did a few standing verticals getting 28-29" on my best couple jumps, need to get that number up to low 30s. Also did about 8-10 one step and plant attempts and was able to land a few 1-handers and 1-two hander, 34-35" jumps I'm guessing. Taking the next two days off then jumping hard again saturday or sunday maybe.

Dunked on my friend's frat house's goal which i've measured as a legit 10'. Had a couple nice two-handers and some power one-handers off the lob. I also got a weak 2 handed reverse off the lob, but couldn't quite get the off the backboard 1-hander. Took a couple of jumps where I tried to get as high as possible on the rim and got 11-12" over the rim, which is 38-39" with my 7'9" standing reach. Not bad.
