Thanks bro, preciate that. I can dunk off a lob if the ball bounces around rim level, which was what I was trying today. I've dunked 1 and 2 hands off the dribble on an outdoor 9.9 rim, still trying to get it on 10.

Once you get down to 170 you'll be flying for sure. If your not overly worried about your protein intake for bfast, u can try eating fresh fruit. It will do wonders to detox and help u shed some unhealthy weight. And for the 9.9 dunks, are they an adjustable rim or a bent up regulation hoop?

The 9.9 is just an outdoor rim that's 3 inches short. Its not bent at all, its actually very hard to dunk on because the rim is so tight the ball rattles out alot.

First intramural basketball game, we won by 10-15 I think. I only had 4 points, a hard foul on a layup only made 1 FT, then got fouled on another fast break layup and made the shot and the FT. Was jumping good, didnt have the opportunity for any tip-dunks or alleys though. After the game I grabbed the rim easily with 2 hands off 2 steps, prob 32-33 inches, not bad at all.

Bodyweight:181 - wtf, thought it would be 175ish. I look/feel lighter at least, good thing is when I do get to 170, I should definitely be over 40 inches off the run. Gonna start hammering protein shakes next few weeks to get there.
