One Arm DB Rows 3x6 @ 65lbs

Incline DB Press 3x6 @ 45lb DBs

Bicep Triset 3x6-8, 3x As Many

Tricep Extension 3x8, 1xDrop Set @ 1x20lbs, 2x25lbs

Depth Drops 3x5 @ Box Height of my Running Vert

Hang Clean 4x4 @ 2x135lbs, 2x145lbs

Front Squat 4x1 @ 225lbs

Single Leg RDL 2x8 @ 50lbs, 70lbs

Calf Raise Drop Sets 3x10,10,10 @ 70lbs,60lbs,50lbs

YTWL Drill 2x10

Flat DB Press 3x10 @ 30lb,35,40lb DBs

Chin Ups 3x6-8

Side Lying Lateral Raise 3x8 w/ Drop Set On last Set @ 15lbs

Preacher Curl 3x6-8 @ 15 each side
Alternating DB Curl 3x8 @ 40lb DBs

Decline 10 Inch Bench 3x6-8 @ 1x95lbs, 2x115lbs
Tricep Pushdown 3x8

High to Low Woodchop 3x12

Hanging Leg Raise 2x As Many Possible

Depth Drops 3x5 @ Box Height of my Running Vert

Hang Clean 4x3 @ 1x135lbs, 2x145lbs, 1x155lbs, tried to PR just for fun, and actually did it. 175lbs. 

Front Squats 4x6-8 & 1x12 @ 1x185lbs, 3x195lbs & 1x135lbs

BSS 2x6-8 @ 130lbs

RDL 3x6 @ 2x185lbs, 1x215lbs

Rack Pulls 3x8-10 @ 2x185lbs, 1x215lbs

Bench Press 3x6 @ 2x135lbs, 1x145lbs, 1x155, decided to try out max for fun. PRed at 175lbs. 

One Arm DB Rows 3x6 @ 70lbs DB

Incline DB Press 3x6 @ 45lb DBs
