6 ft would be decently far back for me, my runup needs work, so i am unable to use lots of speed in my jump now. with some work i could probably be starting round there and getting some good speed and higher jumps. thanks man hey man i like your videos a lot, i was wondering like if you moved kinda back a 6 feet behind three point line and accelerated and had someone lob it to i think you could dunk easily, btw really like the video "my first dunk?"

Your depth jumps look pretty good, although you do go forward sometimes, but your bounds look bad, just like mine do when going LRLR. I wonder if they would look better/be better technically if you'd go with the same leg (LLLL or RRRR).

yea depth jumps i think it's just a matter of taking a bigger step away from the box, as well as not quadding it entirely then i go straight up llll or rrrr bounds i probably wouldn't even be able to do them, don't have enough ankle stiffness going off 1 leg to support entire bw

finishing up this month's workouts this month was more neural, more plyos, and some band squats knees were bothering me lot actually, actual joint pain. not jumping too great right now, we'll see maybe when i'm rested up bw is down to 170 right now, upper body shrinking, have really been focusing on vert, and right shoulder still bugging so haven't been able to really attack upper body anyway as a result

this month is going real well, focusing on leg hypertrophy and first time in forever feel like my legs are actually starting to grow again. the band squats, 1.5 squats, and slow tempo squats (5 sec down 5 sec Up) seem to really be doing the trick. Last workout fried my leg for 4 days. Looking forward to the deload and getting some jumps in then, i think i'll be getting up real high. working on the reverse dunk off a lob right now as well as a windmill off a bounce from someone, will be stoked when i get the windmill also, planning on testing vert and squat max again when deload, feeling good about it
