Curent status: bench presses 75kg, squats 105kg, 45kg leg curls, 95kg calf rises, 160kg leg presses, 20 kg lunges= half hand over the rim

2 leg and 1 leg jump are almost the same, i got pain in shin bone if i jump off 1 leg, so its easier for me to jump off 2 feet. Gained some muscle mass, im 78kg now and 184,5cm tall
