Curent status: bench presses 75kg, squats 105kg, 45kg leg curls, 95kg calf rises, 160kg leg presses, 20 kg lunges= half hand over the rim  Cheesy Cheesy 2 leg and 1 leg jump are almost the same, i got pain in shin bone if i jump off 1 leg, so its easier for me to jump off 2 feet. Gained some muscle mass, im 78kg now and 184,5cm tall Cheesy

Working out on my shape, i run 3,4KM on mountain running track. After that i do stairs exercise, there is about over 100 stairs and i do 4 sets running per 1 stair, 4 sets per 2 stairs. Also double leg jumps, 4 sets per 1 and 4 sets per 2.
Also 1 interesting fact, when i stopped going in the gym for a 2 months i grew about 1cm. Don't know what to say?

Added today some short sprints, 5x50 meters.
Soreness- abs- very high.
I little stretched my left hamstring, but nothing serious, should be good tomorow.

I twisted my ankle 3 weeks ago very bad, couldn't walk for 5 days, im still recovering, this is the most serious injury i ever had.
Im very demotivated, i cant do nothing, cant train, cant play bb... damn Sad
