Tuesday- 03.01.2012 5/3/1 Squat & Assistance - Week 11Squat(warm up) 60kg x 5 85kg x 3 (work sets) 107.5kg x 5 122.5kg x 3 135kg x 1 + 6 extra reps GM's35kg x 5 40kg x 5 45kg x 5 Leg Press120kg x 8 140kg x 8 160kg x 8 NotesSquats where hard as fuk, i got 7 reps with 135kg and i attempted an 8th but i cut depth so i didnt count it. i think my squat progress is starting to slow down now but il keep grinding them out until i cant hit the minimum required reps and then il reset my percentages and continue pushing forward.

Friday - 06.01.2012 5/3/1 Deadlift & Assistance - Week 11Deadlift(warm up) 65kg x 5 92.5kg x 3 (work sets) 117.5kg x 5 132.5kg x 3 147.5kg x 1 + 9 Paused Squats87.5kg x 3 100kg x 3 115kg x 3 Leg Curl3 x 8 Double Leg Lowering3 x 10 NotesDeadlift felt great, i reckon im somewhere near a 190kg 1rm now. tried paused squats for the 1st time and i think im going to stick with them, 115kg was really easy and explosive out of the hole. all in all it was a very good workout.

Monday- 16.01.2012 5/3/1 Squat & Assistance - Week 13Squat(warm up) 65kg x 5 90kg x 3 (work sets) 100kg x 5 112.5kg x 5 127.5kg x 5 + 5 extra reps GM's32.5kg x 10 37.5kg x 10 42.5kg x 10 Leg Press120kg x 8 140kg x 8 160kg x 8 NotesGood session back after a week of deloading. tried a slightly wider squat stance then i usually use and it helped but still not what would be considered a wide stance squat, it helped alot with keeping my knees pushed out throughout the whole set i therefore felt alot more stable and explosive out of the whole.
