so here it goes...
1 week of intense basketball... legit league competition...
1 week holidays... gym closed... so just basketball everyday.... pick up games... and skill work...
1 week of gettin sick as hell... colds and flu, asthma like cough, mucus ... no gym... i cant breath and everything... lungs just cant take it.... just rest and recovery....
I just hate set backs man... you work hard for months... then it all goes down within a few weeks...
just alot of reasons, health.... family... everything man....
good thing... no injuries...
so i didnt lift for two weeks!
i was just so sad a while ago... my strength and power just went down... and i have to rebuild again....
and try outs are getting nearer and nearer...
but i just said to myself... i still must continue and not quit... and just give it my all....
and i just wanted to say sorry for letting you guys down... especially to sir lance... coz i was almost there... then im a beginner again!
just wanted to get that off my chest...
enough of this drama bullshit....
these are my numbers.... and i am not ashamed... i am accountable... and i will do everything to get them back and i wont quit....
day 1
dynamic warm up + standing single leg iso hold
jump snatch- 4 x 3 (110 lbs)
full squat- 5 x 5 (160 lbs)
RDL- 3 sets of 7 reps, ( 110 lbs)
Standing calf raise- 3 sets of 15 reps
push press - (135 lbs) 5 x 5
chin ups- 15 total end of workout
Barbell rollout- 2 sets 15 reps, had a hard time with these man!
i lost alot of strength and power!
i just feel so weak and my stamina dropped also... had hard time breathing also...
just have to use this as motivation.... to do my best... and to bounce back...
