september is near...
and im getting in game shape really good...
i love the feeling...
conditioning...
and i got my vert back... just after two days of rest... i can grab the rim again...
i "tested" my vert and athleticism today and my game shape conditioning...
blocked a shot (a floater/teardrop)... sprinted... and slap the backboard lay up on the other end fastbreak...
and went back on defense smiling... jogging of course! lol.
i played six pick up games today...
and i did sprints before the games...
so its all good...
september is getting near...
i can feel that i will dunk in one of those games and try outs!
lol... maybe!
good job man! kill those tryouts!

Goals achieved... i got leaner... i weigh 180 lbs now! damn! i can see my 4 pack! LOL.. i feel great... im more athletic... faster... more agile... im now in great shape... basketballl game shape... conditioning... its all great... basketball skills... are great... my handles improved alot... been consistent with my jump shot... both perimeter and 3 pointers... even clutch jump shots... my overall game improved... i tested my squat max... from 310 lbs... when i was still weighing 190-200 lbs... now... its 285 lbs... i weigh 180 lbs... i didn't lose that much strength and power... i was able to maintain it... so thats it... the try outs are gonna start september 1... then after the try outs... im gonna focus like crazy on my vertical! thanks guys! thanks ANDREW DARQUI for guiding me in this...

im going to test my 40 yard dash time tomorrow morning... im excited for the try out.... september 1.... but im more excited after that... im gonna work my ass off on my vertical... enough conditioning! haha! so im going to the try out with a 1 hand grab rim... or two hand touch rim.... next year... im goin to the other try out! and im gonna be dunking! one hand and two hands! i hope so... God willing... im imagining that im gonna dunk on someone... like on one of the varsity players... lol... like a really really good poster... it will happen... lol. just gonna work really really hard... im gonna say it again... I WISH I STARTED THIS EARLIER! the training journal and stuff... and met andrew years ago... lol. but hey... “It’s never too late to get to where you want to be.” "The longer you persist, the greater your chance of success. i made the team man... i was so happy... we had scrimmages... i was just dominating.. i was in shape... didnt gas out... did all the drills... everything... then we had our first game yesterday... i was really amazing... 41 points man! hahaha! i was in shock... even my team mates and the whole crowd... we were down by ten points... and i told myself... this is it... this my time... then boom... i exploded... it felt like i was unstoppable... all my shots were goin in... i didnt eat... no water... i was 100 %! there was three sick high lights... 2 blocks... one guy was taking it to the hole... attacking right in front of me... we met at the top... i swatted the shot back... to my team mate! the crowd was crazy! the second block.... was a help block... he thought that he had an easy shot... coz he had beaten his man... then boom! i went up! and spiked that shit! into the stands! lebron or dwight block! and the momentum was ours! and the whole crowd was super crazy! the adrenaline! last but not the least.... a 3 point buzzer beater! for the win! there was no better feeling man... it was my nba moment! lol. one goal accomplished... all the haters were silent! haha! and i made the team! thanks man... i will continue to work even harder...

thanks man... all the pain went away... like everyone was saying... "you can play man".... all the haters were silent! all my hardwork paid off.... in my head... "my secret weapon... pure dedication and adarq.org... and journals... and all the people helping me"... now my first goal is complete... i made the team... now on to the varsity try out in march / april... i will prepare for that... i will give it my all...

there was one creepy thing that happened during the game... my team-mate... was saying bad stuff to me... coz he was on the bench not playing... i can hear him... he saying bad words... hating on me... then all of the sudden... our coach told him to to play... not even a minute... just a few seconds... boom! he fell on the ground... screaming like someone was cutting off his legs.... i was having goosebumps... he was rushed to the hospital... MRI... X RAY... result... complete ACL... just sharing it...

2 years ago... i was a role player... last year... i didnt even score... all i do was rebound... defense... all the dirty work.... so i told myself... i have to redeem myself... i will work my ass off... for this... they were all hating on me... doubting me... my team mates telling me i cant play guard... they were telling me that just be a center/forward... i know in myself that i worked harder than everyone this summer and preseason... i didnt say a word... i let my game talk... they were all speechless and in shock... it was like a proving ground! 500 shots a day + working on athleticism/vertical jump/ speed/ and conditioning + hustling + grinding + heart + dedication +faith + prayer = success... "A change is gonna come" "Go to the ant o sluggard, they store up and work!" Now...go out and work like an ant!!! Do what it takes, and keep your passion! Don't Cry to give up. Cry to keep going!!!!

GOAL - Full Scholarship Division 1... basketball... i can do this... dunking will help me stand out as a guard... it will increase my chances of being recruited... got to work harder... i feel like doing a power clean already! im so excited... lol.

coz that player and kadour have the same body type... really skinny...
well their are very skinny athletes who have 0 power, and those that have insane power.. it's just in the genetics, the powerful freaks that are that skinny, have great relative strength, are very lean, and usually have long tendons.. they are built to be spring-like.. then you have other skinny people who can't even jump 15".. so it's not just about having that body type, there has to be alot of power behind that skin & bone. pc
