I was suppose to do 2 sets of the deadlift but my grip gave out. I was detrained. I need to be more consistent.

Strength Weight: 134.3 lbsWarmup/ WorksetSquat 3x5: 45, 135, 155x5 165 2x5, * 165x7* <--- Money set Deadlift 2x5: 145x5, 155x5, * 155x7* <--- Money set Bench Press 3x5: 45, 95x5 115x5, 5, 4Dips 3xF: 8, 5, 5Pullups 3xF: 7, 4, 4Hanging Bent Leg Raises 3xF: 14, 10, 15i've adopted the idea of a money set from Kelly Baggett. with a squat of 165x7 i can bump the weight up to 175x5. same idea with the deadlift.
