Hanging Bent Leg Raises 3xF: 16,13,10

I need to get lifting straps. I was suppose to do 2 sets of the deadlift but my grip gave out. I was detrained. I need to be more consistent.

i've adopted the idea of a money set from Kelly Baggett. with a squat of 165x7 i can bump the weight up to 175x5. same idea with the deadlift.

the squats were sloppy. bar speed was not that good, form wasn't very strict. ditching the bench press for an overhead press because my wrists.
