I did different variations of hurdle jumps, and here is a video of my PB in double leg reactive hurdle jumps 1,10m (43.3 inches)
The wheather was really hot, but the session was good Smiley

I'm quite short, so a 10 feet rim would be pretty hard at the moment .. Maybe in some years?

I'm quite short, so a 10 feet rim would be pretty hard at the moment .. Maybe in some years?

I seriously think you have a very bright future ahead as an athlete. I mean, you're strong, you have good structure and most importantly, very good discipline and work ethic. And as long as you have all this it's hard not to have something very good happen pretty soon, I'm thinking Olympics in a few years for your country.
