Notes:

DB Shoulder Press: 30x5, 35x5, 40x5, 40x5, 35x5
DB Lateral Raise: 15x12, 15x7, 15x8
Upright Row: 70x5, 60x10, 60x8
Plate Raise: 25x5, 35x10
DB Front Raise: 15x15
DB Shrugs: 55x10, 55x10


Notes:
-forgot to bring my straps, those would've helped A LOT on the shrugs
-shrugs performed with max ROM this time
-very controlled motions on the raises this time, usually more erratic
-gym's closed from Dec. 25- Jan. 1. don't know what I'm gonna do, probably just sneak into 24hr or something

Happy new years to the few people still posting lol. Gym opens back up tomorrow, excited to see the changes and get back to lifting.

DB Press: 52.5x4, 47.5x5, 47.5x5
Lying Cable Fly: 10x10, 10x7, 5x10
Rope Pushdown: 30x10, 40x10, 40x7
Standing Cable Fly: 15x10, 15x10


Notes:
-Gym got "renovated." In reality, they just painted everything crimson red instead of blue. Machines are all the same, only the layout and colors have changed.
-I'll post some goals later for the year, etc..
-took a video of my bench press set, got 3 reps with 135lb, by the end of this year, that number better change 10x

EDIT: Youtube's fucking up, I'm gonna upload tomorrow. Meanwhile, enjoy some kid cudi.

Notes:
-biceps are WEAK, and I need to find an exercise that works for me and stick to it (probably rest-pause BB curls)
-pullups number's need to rise
-what in the living f*ck is going on with my bodyweight...lost like 3lb outta nowhere without diet changes
