Great workout, I' going to be doing the BFS program as i have seen consistent success with it. For my uper body pushing movements,  i'll be focusing on front plate toss, pushups and dip, and standing presses/pushpress. I did bench yesterday but will shift to the other movements. from here out.

until later on, peace

EDIT: HERE'S MONDAYS WORKOUT,

Squats:
315x10, 325x8, 335x8

Flat bench:
185x10, 195x8, 200x6

Leg press(sled version):
585x10, 675x8, 775x6

Calf press:
365  3x15

DB incline press:
75's  3x12

Leg extension:
365  3x5

Chest press:
215 2x8

Bout to go workout the P-chain, will post afterward. until later.

I'm glad i have youre agreement on the fact that its doable. I felt like i set those goals realistically.

as for cardio, HIIT sprints and stair running. 2-3 times per week.

and as for nutrition. I'll be eating very clean. no processed foods. all natural whole foods. carbs only come through oats, grains, potatoes (sometimes), and fruit. lots of veggies and protein.

nice man, i suggest getting in some cardio every day though, on off days you could just walk for 60min, that would burn some nice kcal, primarily from fat too.. low impact/no effect on cns (except a positive one, recovery).

pc!

Dude those goals are definitely doable. In fact i'd say you're setting the bar a little bit low! I'd say keep your weight lose slow and constant but aim to lift more by this time next year for sure..Theres no reason you can't see moderate strength gains if you are eating within 500kcal below maintenance

Goals by May 2011

1. Squat 120kg x 8
2. Deadlift 140 kg x 1
