258, doing the stair circuit is very helpfull, getting a little springiness back. none of my lift have gone down or up.

will post my workout later.

Getting nice progress. Is your squat still 410 or has it gone up while you loose weight?

Doing my stair circuit today. Probably 10 cycles of it.

workout tonight will consist of squats, S.L. leg press (i'm digging the unilateral training), dips, pullups, weighted push-ups.

Will up date this post with sets and reps later

yeah, i was blown away to say the least. when i did 405 in the evening it was pretty easy. just 1 rep. so i felt frisky so i added 30 pounds. 

did back today, nothing too interesting

lat pull-downs 220lbs
db rows 95lbs
pull overs 45lbs
leg curls 200lbs
calf press 305 lbs
bb rows 185lbs
back extensions 50lbs


my new obsession................ is parkour and ninja warrior
