AGE:16

HEIGHT:5'8

WEIGHT:140

SLEEP SCHEDULE:during the week 11 to 6

BODY TYPE:semi-athletic

GOALS:dunk on a 10 foot basketballl hoop, and run faster, and eventually a 40 inch vertical

CURRENT ABILITY:one inch away from getting rim and can dunk a 9 foot hoop unconsistantly, around a 28-26 inch vertical
INJURY HISTORY:currently have a back injury unknown what kind have had 3 week of pain in the lower back

TRAINING HISTORY & ACHIEVEMENTS:I use to squat around once a week and bench twice a week and calf raises around twice a week but with this injury i am afraid to do any of that

CURRENT ACTIVITY LEVEL AND/OR TRAINING PROGRAM: moderatly active but once again since my current injury this has gone down a lot

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CURRENT DIET: some fruits and lean proteins like chicken cereal for breakfeast and a peanut butter sandwich everyday at school
