AGE:16

HEIGHT:6"3

WEIGHT:160 lbs

SLEEP SCHEDULE: 8 hours 23.00-(7.00-9.00)

BODY TYPE: legs normal, upper body skinny

GOALS: I want to make it to the NBA, 40 inch vertical, upper body muscle, gain weight, gain speed, better shooting.

CURRENT ABILITY: 33-35 inch vertical, 187 lbs full squat, jumpshot  percentage +75%.

INJURY HISTORY: lower back injury in september to october and then the same injury from mid october to december ( Couldnt shoot, run or anything )

TRAINING HISTORY & ACHIEVEMENTS: plyometrics once a week and squatting and deadlifting etc 2x per week, gained like 5 inches vertical from october to feburary, made U16 national basketball team camp, free throw % 100/80, 123 three pointers in 15 min.

CURRENT ACTIVITY LEVEL AND/OR TRAINING PROGRAM: 6-7 days a week, 3-5 hours a day, 500+ shots every day including ball handling for 30 min,2x per week vertical jump training, 3x per week upper body weightlifting.

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CURRENT DIET: I eat 4 times per day, I dont eat junk food,

IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES: nothing
